Mon, March 10, 2008 - 2:17 PMI would say slow. Partly because in order to do 4 count movements, you'd have to do them super slow, otherwise, I hear it as a 3 count.
When in doubt, it's always good to just try doing a shimmy or an arabic to a piece of music. Both those moves require enough of a tempo to keep some momentum going. If you do those moves, and it's difficult to keep up the momentum, the music is probably too slow. Also, if the zills sound sluggish, it's not gonna be good. :-)

Mon, March 10, 2008 - 3:47 PMIt feels really medium to me, which in my experience makes fast or slow feel like it's not quite reflecting the music.
I also hear this kind of waltzy 3 as Wendy pointed out.
