So I was going over the moves chapter of the Tribal Bible and it discusses barrel turn. I'm sure I've seen it performed but this move never made it into the ATS curriculum I was taught while training with my old ATS teacher. Anyone have a link to a video that contains this move? It would be really helpful for me to see it and pair it with the description in the TB.
