    <summary type="html">The best one we've seen (which was also recommended by Mark Bell of Helm at a workshop I took with him) is Doumbek Technique and Rhythms for Arabic Percussion, Bellydance, and Drum Circles by Amir Naoum. My husband, son, and I all learned to drum using this along with Uncle Mafufo's CD 25 Essential Rhythms for Middle Eastern Drumming.</summary>
