FCBD DVDs and Shipping

topic posted Fri, February 29, 2008 - 8:38 AM by  Jenevieve
I've got a little extra fun money set aside for the purchase of some dance paraphernelia. I went to buy Tribal Basics Vol. 5 Cues and Transitions and the shipping is ...$13.30 for the one DVD.

That is an awful lot. Is this just the going rate for all FCBD shipping now? When I bought volume 1 I think I paid closer to $8 or $10. I checked e-bay and there are older (cardboard envelope) versions available that may or may not play in some DVDs. The price is right, but I'd rather just pay the $25 for the newer version.

Is there another source for the new edition of the DVD? Otherwise, my fun money budget is caput. :/

    I can beat that!!

    I live in Australia, and have just been to the FCBD site to order 4 DVD's.

    Order total $120.00
    Shipping total $113.36

    $%&#$%@^!!!! That is totally outrageous!!!

    Needless to say, there ain't gonna be no new DVD's coming my way. :(

      Hey Anna,

      I'm going to be in SF for a weekend before heading to Australia! I'll be in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane on business and would be willing to pick up your dvds at Fat Chance if you pay for them and we can meet up.

      let me know!

    Ha ha I just went to compare.. a single pack of bindi's will cost me $15.42 ground shipping, cheaper priority not a option..
    There shipping calculator is probley busted since they redid the site recently.
    Try Devyani, I got mine vol 7 from them since they are closer. Tons of other places carry it also (pretty sure Amazon does and Barnes and Nobles)
