Shimmies. How many ATS shimmies are there?

Off the top pf my head I can think of:
1) Basic Shimmy (right foot in front)
2) Ghawazee shimmy combo (flat feet)
3) Arabic shimmy and variations (WAT, fade, etc)
4) Turkish shimmy and TS WAT
5) Reverse shimmy
6) Shoulder shimmies

some extra questions:

a) in 1) for the "catwalk" (that means walking like a model, doesn´t it? ) right foot keeps going in front? or you alternate the feet?

b) in 3) do you REALLY do the shimmy AND the torso undulation, doesn't it look "unpolished" or not nice? especially when you are doing the WAT variation

THANKS!! :) A LOT!

    Your list sounds about right.
    a) The "catwalk" style of walking with the shimmy is one foot in front of the other, not just the right foot. You're walking in a straight line and maybe even crossing a little bit. Give a little bit of a pigeon toe effect, but gives the hips a nice bounce.

    b) Yes, the Arabic still happens while you are layering with the shimmy for the Arabic Shimmy. The trick is to keep the shimmy out of the upper body so you still get the lift and undulation. Shimmy happens on each step and is located only in the hips.
