What works to get into it is to start as a standard quartet stagger, then fade. This way everyone will be in position when the 2nd leader pivots a movement and holds it to face the duets into the center. If you're looking at this formation straight on from an audience perspective it seems as if the duet down stage right should have the follower on the left side of her leader, instead of traditionally behind leader's right shoulder so that she is not hidden by the leader and secondary follower.
