I just bought Volume 7, but it doesn't really show it clearly from the front- the reflection is vary hard for me to make out and it's mostly blocked by an arm or far away and small on screen, and it's not in the performance section. Most of the steps have a quick performance demo of the step before the breakdown, but not that one. Visually, I have the impression that the dancers always shimmy with the shoulders. But when I read the theory,I get the impression the shimmy movements should "slide down the body" to the hips, so that the shoulders should stop at a certain point... But oftentimes, it happens so fast, its hard to tell. And, it's not an Arabic Shimmy. It's flat-footed and is just a roll from shoulders to hips, traveling bacwards.
