Turns are sped up. This does not make them rhythmic tho. They are just alternative interpretations of the movements. For the Sahra Turn, he says Sahra twice in the chorus. The first part of the turn goes with the first Sahra phrase. The second turn goes with the second Sahra phrase. There are some parts of the song where it slows down and loses the drums, so you can match up with that too. It just would look too funny if you kept the same uber-slow taxeem pace throughout the whole song. I wish we had some video examples.
