I just want to give a shout out to this style!!!! Awalim had to redesign our set for our show on Saturday due to one member not being able to perform and space constraints. Us stressed?? Nope, we do ATS! Our first set with the puja, and fire and sword balancing had people on the edge of their seats and it was all possible because of the flexibility of the format...we only picked out which songs we were using the day before.
Three cheers for ATS!!!

Re: Kudos to ATS!!!!
Tue, April 8, 2008 - 2:30 AMLez and I once did a Morrocan theme night at 24 hours notice........Quick find North African music, pack sword and dance in tent complete with multiple rugs and kebab sticks on floor! It was great and the client even paid in full over the phone before the gig! Audience members said they felt like they were on holiday and joined in impromptu Bambi Saaidi ...................and all because of ATS.
Looking forward to meeting the Awalim gang at Tribe Vibe in Glasgow this October.
